Registered Manager - Care Home

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a nursing home located in East Grinstead. The home has a fantastic reputation and CQC history.
While it is desirable to have a valid NMC Pin, this is not essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate teams in a compassionate and people-centered way.
2. Ensure the highest quality care for all residents.
3. Address the social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
4. Support teams in designing and delivering personalised care plans.
5. Involve residents and staff in decision-making.
6. Build relationships within the community and with residents' families.
7. Collaborate with health agencies and statutory bodies.
8. Meet and exceed legal, regulatory, and care standards.
9. Foster a culture of learning, safety, and improvement.
10. Set and achieve strategic goals to ensure the service thrives.
11. Monitor and act on performance indicators.
12. Lead by example and embody the organisation's values.
Requirements:
1. A relevant qualification in management, social care, health, or housing (e.g. MBA, NVQ 5, ILM 5, RMA, Diploma in Social Work, RGN, RMN).
2. Experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home or extra care setting.
3. Strong understanding of complex care, particularly for vulnerable adults and people with dementia.
4. Experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
5. Leadership experience with large multidisciplinary teams.
6. Knowledge of social care and health issues.
7. A proven track record of working with external agencies and stakeholders.
