Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location : Congleton, Cheshire
Salary: Starting rate of A GBP 11.77 per hour (cA GBP 24,481 per annum) raising to A GBP 12.38 per hour with training.

About us:
Fine Decor Wallcoverings Ltd is a leading Wallcoverings Manufacturer based in Congleton, Cheshire. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
The successful candidate should have work experience in a similar role or have experience of working within a Warehousing / Distribution environment. Previous formal training using PPT/FLT/Bendi Truck and high:level order picker (HLOP) would also be an advantage.
About the role:
The role will focus on general warehouse duties to include picking, packing and dispatching from the bulk warehouse. Goods in/Out area to be covered 1:2 days a week working across 5 days a week to ensure that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner and customer promise is adhered to.
About you:
* A positive hands:on approach
* Good time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively being crucial
* Capacity to function alone without direct oversight, follow instructions as well as working on own initiative
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the company both verbally and using written communication
* Experience working in manual role
* Experience using scanning and picking software and equipment
* Computer literate
* Previous experience working in a similar role
Desirable Criteria
* Previous use of SAP
* Valid FLT Licence
* Valid Bendi Truck Licence
* Valid PPT training
* Valid HLOP
