Description Responsibility for all producing group consolidation. Key contact for group finance managers. Full responsibility for the production of the monthly group management pack; including timely reporting to the Board. Managing and developing the internal controls including review and challenge of monthly control files. Working with the internal and external auditors to identify development areas and implement improvements. Review current accounting processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Responsibility for all year-end and statutory accounting (including full ownership the audit process). Construct and develop accounting policy and procedures documentation. Manage AP, AR and credit control functions team of 4. VAT, Tax & Treasury, etc. Play a leading role in business planning, forecasting and monthly reporting. Drive and manage specific finance projects. Voice of finance & business partner within internal projects. Profile Diligent Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA). Team leadership skills, experience of managing and developing a cohesive high performing team. Technical accounting skills (IFRS) Job Offer c.£80k basic salary. Bonus. Comprehensive benefits package.
