Sales Manager, permanent full-time ,
* £45k – £55k (dependent on experience)

Core responsibilities.
* Develop sales and marketing of service packages and spare parts in UK
* Work within the team to formulate, drive, and manage the development and execution of our clients and marine Sales Strategy to attract and expand new and existing business.
* Maintain and build strategic alliances with key end users
* Review and prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial enquiries to secure a sustainable growth in sales.
* Provide technical support to new and existing
* Prepare and participate in our client’s product presentations to customers and at
* Review and report on market requirements and development.
* Excellent knowledge of the UK rail
* Excellent understanding of mechanical rail components; electrical systems knowledge would also be an advantage.
* Good experience of key account manages and/or business development.
* Proven personal organizational skills and project/bid planning skills.
* Developed clients contacts in the rail
* Able to create a healthy pipeline and deliver sales orders.
* Able to prepare commercial offers with the support of the organization, engineering, procurement, etc.
* Good grasp of commercial and contract
* Able to work on his/her own and contribute the team goals.
Professional Experience &; Education
* Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent such as HNC
* Proven experience of proactive approach to produce new business opportunities.
* >5 years of experience in Sales in the UK rail sector is essential. Marine industry experience would be beneficial.
* Strong contacts in the UK rail industry
* Able to produce Sales KPIs
* Good presentation skills Ability to work under own
* Excellent communication skills
New Employees must pass a Drugs and Alcohol related Medical upon starting within the Company.

* Company Vehicle
* Monday – Thursday, 8:30am to 16:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 15:30pm a 36.5-hour working week.
* £45k – £55k (dependent on experience)
