PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To support the Transport team with administrative tasks to ensure timely cost & revenue management and supplier payment.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Ticket management, sorting and logging of tickets.
2. Data entry of orders.
3. Payroll administration for tipper drivers.
4. Holiday administration.
5. Develop, to be able to assist the team covering aspects of others' roles during holidays e.g. book materials and haulage.
6. Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.
