What you will do:
* Ensure the needs and views of our children and young people are at the heart of everything we do, offering evidence-based, holistic, and child-centred assessments and interventions aligning with the Three Waves of Intervention and our Therapeutic Focus Model.
* Use your advanced specialist knowledge and extensive practical experience across various work practices to deliver exceptional therapeutic services.
* Undertake high-quality assessments of children and young people, making recommendations for appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Provide line management and clinical supervision to allocated Therapies Assistants, and support Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapists within the setting.
* Collaborate closely with children, young people, their parents, and staff to ensure a personalised plan of delivery.
* Participate in service and practice development and identify training needs, developing and facilitating training sessions for staff and parents/carers.
