Our client is a fast-growing company that specializes in the automobile industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to be part of a thrilling industry with the chance to develop your knowledge. This position is permanent and offers a hybrid working scheme of 2 or 3 days in the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets, as well as upselling across the Dutch market.
* Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat are responded to in a timely manner.
* Working closely and cooperatively with other departments.
* Translating website content from English to Dutch.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Dutch, as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organization.
Profile:
* Fluent in Dutch and English to a native level, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative, or Customer Service Executive.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Great organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and motivated.
