We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Administrator to join our team at our vibrant and caring SEN school in Runcorn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records and systems in accordance with school policies.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending to ensure financial targets are met.
Prepare financial reports and provide support with audit preparations.
Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain accurate student records in relation to funding and financial support.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team and senior leadership.The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role (preferably within a school or educational setting).
Strong knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
