This position is responsible for addressing drainage issues that may arise for domestic and commercial customers. You will be responsible for locating, diagnosing, and providing repairs for these issues quickly and effectively in order to keep their drainage systems in optimal condition. Excellent customer service skills, professionalism and a keen eye for details are essential If this sounds like your perfect fit, then we want you to take your career to the next level and contact us today Objectives of this Position You will be responsible for investigating their customers drainage problems to locate, diagnose and repair any issues This means that you should have a good technical and practical knowledge of drainage repairs Determine whether any issues come as a result of a blockage or leak Ability to effectively use CCTV drainage cameras to identity issues in the drainage system You must be able to produce basic drawings of sites that show all draining connectivity Ability to drive throughout London in order to produce on site drainage investigations. No shift work. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Proven background in drainage or waste management is preferred Ability to carry out localised repairs and relines We are looking for an individual who is attentive, professional, assertive, driven and able to manage their time and responsibilities effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team. A can-do attitude and a willingness to 'muck in' and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated by the operation. Must have a clean, full drivers licence Benefits and Pay Working hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday NO GRAVEYARD SHIFTS The pay for this position is a proven achievable £65,000 per annum. They have a Drainage Engineer who earns this with a little bit of overtime and commission. 28 days paid holiday leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
