Job Title: Procurement Analyst - Indirect Location: London Package: £30k - £35k 5% bonus Role Expectations: The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supplying the UK and Ireland team with key management information and reports. This role involves providing administrative and analytical support to the UK&I Procurement Indirect Head and the UK&I Procurement Category Manager for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). Key Deliverables: Prepare spend reports and provide analytical support as required for the UK&I Indirect team. Deliver objectives related to cost, quality, sustainability, and innovation by collaborating closely with manufacturing sites, the supply chain, and central technical partners to ensure the successful delivery of key material group projects. Serve as the first point of contact for the MRO category, providing issue resolution support. Develop a sourcing strategy for the MRO category. Create a pipeline of productivity ideas for all MRO categories over the next 3 to 5 years. Lead the tender process for selected MRO categories, assisting the Facilities Management (FM) MRO category manager with larger tender activities. Review new vendor requests and negotiate payment terms for indirect categories. Ensure compliance with procurement processes and other key business protocols. Build strong working relationships with UK&I Procurement team members and key stakeholders across the business. Collaborate closely with Procurement Finance to ensure the accuracy of reported numbers. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in Indirect Procurement. Familiarity with MRO or Facilities Management. Knowledge of SAP or a similar system is advantageous
