Rate: £13.34ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with occasional cover of weekends if required

Are you passionate about food and enjoy interacting with customers? Do you have experience leading a small team and possess excellent communication skills? Our client, a renowned food retailer, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Customer Tasting Hub Lead in Tulloch, Perth.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer tasting hub within the store. You will lead a small team, ensuring that they work efficiently while adhering to all policies and regulations. Building strong relationships with your team, suppliers, and other hub teams will be crucial in this role.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience managing a small team
Strong food and hygiene knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Friendly, engaging, and eager to connect with customers
Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks
Attention to detail and strong written skills
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 360
Full driving licence and access to own car for product purchasingResponsibilities:
Recruiting customers for blind food tastings
Preparing and cooking samples for customers while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Conducting untrained customer tastings on various products
Collecting feedback and recording data accurately
Hosting events within the hub and engaging with customers
Supporting the Quality Team with ad-hoc customer testing
Ensuring compliance with all Safe and Legal and food hygiene policiesPlease note that parking is available nearby, with a short 12-minute walk from the office.
