About this opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as Senior Recruitment and Retention Partner. The role will predominantly focus on the development of key recruitment, resourcing and retention strategies and initiatives.
The successful post holder will provide technical advice and guidance on resourcing matters that are relevant to public sector industries, such as care and education. As a senior member of the team, you will partner with an identified directorate/service area providing specialist and customer focused resourcing, retention and succession advice and support, making a difference to this specific directorate and the wider resourcing team.
This is an exciting time to join us as our resourcing service grows and supports innovative solutions that will meet our organisation’s resourcing needs, working to ensure the majority of vacancies are filled first time with the right calibre of candidate from a diverse pool of applicants.
As a senior member of the resourcing team, you will offer guidance to senior managers and operational teams on strategic resourcing and workforce initiatives and you will be a key contributor on workforce planning, resourcing options, and implementing strategic HR procedures. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge, who can support the quality assurance and benchmarking of the organisation’s approach to effective initiatives, ensuring they are implemented and positively impacting the workforce and services.
