Service Coordinator - Exeter - Immediate Start - £26k - £28k D.O.E. - 32 DAYS HOLIDAYS - FREE PARKING.
To work in a small, friendly, outgoing busy team of 4, looking after 4 Engineers. This role involves lots of communication with customers by phone, email, and in writing on a daily basis. Responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating appointments to suit both Customer and Engineer for installations, repairs, servicing, and upgrades.
2. Checking warranties and ensuring all customer records are fully updated, compliant, accurate, and correct.
3. Calculating costings ready for invoicing.
4. General administration tasks.
This is a busy and varied role where patience and a good sense of humour are essential. Teamwork is crucial to ensure the best possible Customer Service is delivered.
