Seeking to recruit a Payroll Clerk to join a well-established organisation based in central Warrington.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the full end-to-end Payroll process
2. Producing payslips for high volumes of employees
3. Assessing and ensuring accuracy of National Insurance and PAYE on payslips
4. Ensuring new starters are added to the payroll system accurately
5. Ensuring P45/P46/New starter form information is correctly input and disclosed
6. Ensuring personal deductions are correctly calculated and deducted from payslips
7. Ensuring that payroll deadlines and requirements are successfully met
8. Query management and resolution
9. Ensuring all starter packs are sent to new employees
10. Maintaining Payroll inbox
11. Processing of employee expenses
Skills and Requirements
1. Payroll experience is highly advantageous
