About the Role
If you’re on a visa sponsorship with a Domiciliary Care Agency but aren’t receiving the hours you need, we’re here to help. As a full-time Care Professional with us, you’ll enjoy guaranteed contracted hours. We do require flexibility with your work schedule, including availability for weekends and evenings.
A Care Assistant with Home Instead is someone who has a kind and compassionate heart, and wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for seniors. Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests.
Main Duties
* Providing personal care
* Administering medication
* Assisting with daily living
* Being a friendly companion to our clients
* Preparing meals and monitoring client’s diets
* Assisting to appointments
* Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes
Qualifications
* At least one year of care experience in a domiciliary field, care home, or hospital setting.
* Must be in the UK and on Sponsorship.
* Driver’s license and access to your own vehicle required.
* Good people skills and a warm, empathetic nature.
* Beneficial if located in Aylesbury or the surrounding area.
