The Experience and Engagement team support WWT’s wetland sites to create amazing visitor experiences that connect people with nature and inspire them to protect it. About You As our Creative Programme Producer: You'll manage the delivery of national programmes, including multi-site events and partnerships. This will include managing relationships with external partners and freelancers, developing creative briefs and guidance, supporting on-site delivery and carrying out evaluation. You’ll help develop overarching programming themes and plans for future years, working closely with colleagues to align programmes with WWT’s priorities and making sure they are relevant to sites. You’ll have a creative approach, coming up with new and imaginative ways to engage our visitors in the wonderful world of wetlands. You’ll be a confident and creative communicator, working with colleagues across different directorates and sites, and building relationships with external deliverers and partners.
