Riding Academy Lead Coach Full-time Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) Free meals when the kitchen is open Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience _____________________________ The successful candidate will preferably be a BHS Level 5 Performance Coach, but we will consider a BHS Level 4 Coach who has strong experience and aspirations to work towards BHS Level 5 Performance Coach. Excellent communication skills and strong administrative and organisational skills are needed for the Riding Academy Lead Coach. Stonar is home to the leading equestrian school in the UK, offering an immersive experience for riders of all abilities and proudly producing highly successful equestrian teams. We are fortunate to have a world-class, British Horse Society approved, equestrian centre right in the heart of the School. Riding has been a core feature at Stonar for many decades and an opportunity has arisen for a highly qualified and experienced coach to lead the Stonar Riding Academy, which looks after our top riders and their competition programme.
