What’s in it for you? 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Study support (if required) Flexibility around start and finish times Free on-site parking (ideal for those with their own transport due to the rural location) Easily commutable from Harrogate, North Leeds, West Leeds, Leeds City Centre, and the surrounding areas near York Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director with monthly management accounts Producing financial packs with commentary and variance analysis Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts and assisting with budgeting processes Assisting with statutory audit processes and liaising with auditors Preparing and presenting internal financial reports Posting prepayments, accruals, and rebates Performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Implementing process improvements Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations (e.g., VAT and payroll returns) Maintaining accurate financial records, including fixed asset registers and cash flow reporting Supporting ERP system integration and assisting in embedding it across the business About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally: Be AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or be Qualified By Experience Have experience in management accounts or in-depth month-end processes Possess excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with stakeholders Be organised, deadline-driven, and proactive in developing yourself and the role Ideally have payroll processing experience For further details, apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.
