Registered Branch Manager – Complex Care
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
A fantastic opportunity has become available with a leading community complex care provider based in London. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Branch Manager to lead and grow our dedicated service.

About the Role
As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance, quality assurance, and strategic development of the service. You will lead a passionate team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of safe, responsive, and person-centred care.
We are ideally seeking a candidate with previous experience as a Registered Manager within a complex care setting, who understands the challenges and demands of delivering 24-hour care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
Lead and develop a large multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and care excellence
Manage branch budgets and meet agreed financial targets
Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
Oversee recruitment, staff development, supervision, and appraisals
Implement and monitor robust quality assurance systems to promote continuous improvement
Participate in strategic planning and help shape the future direction of the service
Represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Branch Manager in the health and social care sector
Experience managing complex care services is highly desirable
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Confident in managing people, performance, and change
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
