Utilising strong computer skills and an excellent telephone manner to deliver sound parts-advice and enhance existing customer relationships. Enjoying being part of a small team involved in vehicle parts despatch;ensuring accuracy of orders, expediating deliveries, and using computer systems to manage and co-ordinate inventory requirements.
