About the Role
As the Customer Support Advisor, you will support in delivering a comprehensive customer service experience for the growing base. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, responding to phone calls and emails whilst also contacting customers regularly to maintain relationships, influence and explore new potential opportunities for the business.
The Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice and ensuring all the customer's needs are being exceeded
2. Deal with issues and queries from customers, addressing customers concerns and complaints.
3. Liaising with our suppliers regarding complaints and queries
4. Recording accurate customer information and maintain/update accounts
5. Be organised and able to prioritise your workload
6. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Be well motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on your own initiative
8. Provide world class customer service
About You
Are you a motivated Customer Support Advisor with experience of working in the energy sector? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

2. Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to work to tight deadlines
