You will be required to assist in the day-to-day organisation of the Executive Team and support the Executive Assistant and Head of Governance to ensure high quality governance for the organisation. Your work will include diary management, preparing and circulating meeting papers, managing busy diaries, event organisation and governance support including the administrative support of special projects. This position has arisen following internal promotion within the team and is currently offered as a 12-month fixed term post with the potential for extension. This position is based at our Rockingham Street office in Sheffield and is a hybrid position. About the Role: As a PA & Governance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Executives and Governance team. You will support a variety of governance functions and work closely with the Executive Assistant & Governance Officer to ensure that SYHA’s meetings and activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll thrive in a confidential and fast-paced environment and will be proactive in providing high-level support across all aspects of the governance function.
