We are seeking a highly skilled Student Success Coach to join our team at Randstad Student Support.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with disabilities or mental health conditions studying at Universities and Colleges in Liverpool Hope University.
As a Student Success Coach, you will provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
Key responsibilities include assisting students with organisation and time management, breaking down tasks to meet deadlines, achieving a balance between study and daily living, managing anxiety, stress, or low mood, preparing students for new experiences, and building on their confidence and strengths to become independent learners.
Successful candidates must hold membership with one of the recognised professional bodies and possess desirable skills such as experience working with clients with disabilities and mental health conditions, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, punctuality, reliability, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage a caseload of students.
