Behaviour Support Assistant
An amazing opportunity has arisen at a Secondary School within the Rawtenstall area for a behaviour support assistant to support within a Year 8 class. This role will be to support the whole class as instructed by the class teacher. Due to the nature of the provision, the class sizes are reduced. Many of the children display signs of challenging behaviour; therefore, strong behaviour management is essential.
The role:
* Full Time
* Monday to Friday
* Year 8 class
* Behaviour support role
* £12.90 - £13.50 per hour
* Rawtenstall
The requirements:
* Team Teach qualification desired but not essential
* Experience supporting with behavioural needs
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of different behaviour management techniques
