Professional responsibilities Manage personal appraisal dates and mandatory training and ensure you are supportedthrough the Trust appraisal system. Maintain up-to-date registration with the NMC or regulating professional body Practice within Trust policies, values and national codes of professional practice/conduct at all times. Practice as a professional role model to all nursing and junior medical staff. Demonstrate and maintain infection control standards as per Trust policies and procedures. Include in training as appropriate. Ensure maintenance and development of own clinical critical care skills through training and education as identified in personal development plan, and monitored through performance review. Develop a good working relationship with the multi-professional team and attend multiprofessional meetings within the Trust and community settings as required. Maintain patient and staff confidentiality at all times. Work in conjunction and harmony with Resuscitation team members
