Job summary Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Children's and Families Division is looking for a dynamic Qualified Community Practise Assessor (CPA) for School Nursing across Hampshire, to lead and support nurses to achieve the SCPHN qualification. The role will also support the quality of support for pre-reg nursing students within the teams. Main duties of the job The School Nurse service is looking for a SCPHN with the extra qualification of Community Practice assessor. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who believes in delivering a quality service to children and young people across Hampshire and developing our future workforce.You must demonstrate competent and confident leadership and robust knowledge of the Healthy Child Programme. We require you to have clinical expertise which will include the ability to research and analyse evidence based information that support the delivery of a 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service.Within this position the you will work in partnership with a variety of universities to enable SCPHN students to achieve their full potential.The fulltime post will be based within a clinical team. There will be a requirement for travel and flexibility as the students are placed across Hampshire.
