We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Sales Ledger Administrator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Sales Ledger Administrator will be to support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process. You will process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions as well as having excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Manage the processing of invoices, including those from local authorities, in a timely manner.
* Collaborate closely with the administration team to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records.
* Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data at all times
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions.

Our ideal candidate must:
* Have Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets basic Formulas and Functions including (AVERAGE, SUM, SUMIF and SUMIFS, COUNTIF and COUNTIFS, IF and IFS, and VLOOKUP)
* Have strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities
