Salary: £83 - £100 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

A specialist Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) school in Oxford is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work with children facing emotional and behavioural challenges. These students require patience, resilience, and a compassionate mentor who can help them regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies.

The Role:
🎯 Support children 1:1 and in small groups
🎯 Help manage challenging behaviour through positive strategies
🎯 Assist with emotional regulation and social development
🎯 Work closely with teachers, therapists, and mental health professionals
Ideal Candidate:
Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduate (or relevant experience)
Passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care
