About the Role:
Sytner Land Rover Conwy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Co-ordinator to ensure a safe and compliant environment for our colleagues and customers. Working 30 hours per week, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our health and safety standards, contributing to a positive and secure workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
* Provide health and safety training to employees.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.
* Liaise with external regulatory bodies and contractors.
* Promote a positive health and safety culture within the dealership.
* Advise management on health and safety matters.
* Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations.
* Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment.
