America, EMEA and Asia Scaled our assets on the platform to >$1 trn across our customer base Won some great awards (Best Accounting & Reporting Software – the Drawdown 2020) What we do We’re a team of seasoned software sales executives who thrive on consistently hitting and exceeding targets. An ideal candidate might have an understanding of the private equity, VC and asset management space. Our teams are strategic planners and builders but laser focused on getting the deal done. Atominvest is growing fast and we are constantly refining our GTM strategy. Our client base includes the largest asset management firms globally and we are looking for individuals with a proven track record of enterprise sales; the ability to negotiate complex six and seven figure contracts; a strong understanding of the asset management tech landscape and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast paced tech. Our sales team is supported by our sales development teams to generate outbound and inbound pipeline opportunities but in our experience, those that really excel need to be able to drive revenue growth strategically for themselves. We offer best in class compensation with uncapped commissions. Some key skills we look for: Owning and delivering against an ARR target – generating, managing and closing new customers to drive ARR to / above quota level Building lasting relationships with key prospects – having a “partnership” approach and a long-term perspective in building relationships with multiple stakeholders at target customers and valuing the lasting nature of enterprise customer relationships Working across the sales cycle – our team works across all stages of the sales cycle, including outbounds, qualification calls, demos, trial support, evaluation calls and contract negotiations & implementation Developing strategic sales and GTM strategies through defining, executing, and owning an engagement plan for key prospects Training and coaching junior colleagues continuously and transferring industry knowledge and best practices Utilizing resources well and efficiently so as to achieve and exceed your overall targets Communicating complex ideas in a simple and compelling way, whether on the phone, over zoom or face to face Maintaining a tight feedback loop across Sales, Product and Engineering to communicate the voice of the market to continuously improve our proposition Unlocking cross-sell opportunities i.e. in addition to winning new customers, developing strategies to grow ARR with existing customer accounts Using sales enablement tools to track the progress of deals and continually honing sales skills Other things we offer: Competitive compensation (combination of fixed base salary and attractive sales-based performance incentives / uncapped commissions) Challenging, engaging and rewarding work A culture of trust, ownership, responsibility and autonomy in your work An incredible team of smart and mission-driven people to work with Fun working atmosphere Significant growth opportunities Flexibility to work remotely or at our offices in London Opportunity to work with leading PE, VC and alternative investment firms Company-wide socials and events
