About the Role
We’re looking for self-motivated Business Development Contractors to join our growing outbound team. In this fully remote, commission-based role, you’ll be responsible for introducing HireGrid to businesses by reaching out to decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional channels. Your goal is to drive interest and signups from companies looking to hire top talent.
This is a high-impact, flexible opportunity — you set your hours and work at your own pace. The more companies you bring in, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and reach out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives on LinkedIn.
* Clearly communicate the value of HireGrid’s recruitment platform.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
* Track outreach efforts and follow up with interested contacts.
* Represent HireGrid professionally and consistently in all communications.
Compensation & Expectations
* You’ll earn $200 - $1000 for every company that signs up to HireGrid through your outreach.
* You can make between $2,000 to $8,000+ per month, depending on effort and performance.
* There is no cap on earnings.
* You are expected to list HireGrid as your current employer on LinkedIn to increase credibility and response rates.
