Location: Leeds (Office-Based) Department: Legal Reporting Line: Office and Certificates Manager Overview Greenbelt Group, the UK’s leading land management company, has an exciting vacancy within our English Legal team for a Legal Administrator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team at our new Leeds office, where we have recently moved into larger premises with additional facilities. Key Responsibilities As a Legal Administrator based in our Leeds office, you will provide support to our in-house Legal team to ensure we can maintain a first-class service to our customers. As a member of Greenbelt’s Leeds-based English Legal team, you will focus primarily on matters arising in England and Wales. This will initially focus on administrative duties such as: · Opening, logging and processing post · Scanning and archiving large volumes of documents · Updating company records and systems as required. Following an initial probationary period and training, you will become more involved with our Certificate of Compliance process, managing your own correspondence and workload.
