A growing insurance business is looking for a Head of Agile Delivery to implement and champion agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
As Head of Agile Delivery, you will build and scale high-performing Agile teams, establish and refine ways of working, and drive continuous improvement by measuring and managing delivery effectiveness.
This is a brand new function for the business, so past experience implementing agile across various company sizes is highly advantageous.
Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in Agile Delivery
* Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
* Must have experience implementing Agile in the financial service or insurance industry.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Engineering.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, adapting to tight deadlines and shifting requirements with ease.
* Driving the adoption of Agile practices within pods, including establishing standards like Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
* Having implemented Agile from scratch - ideally in companies of various sizes.
Salary: up to £150,000/year (depending on experience)
Hybrid working model: 3 days in the London office.
