About the Role As the Export Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving international growth for our ManCave men's skin and personal care brand through traditional distribution channels. You'll work autonomously to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts for expansion, and represent the brand at key international trade shows. Key Responsibilities New Business Development and Account Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand's presence in key markets Nurture existing accounts to maximise growth potential and increase market share Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for new and existing international markets Trade Show Management: Organise and manage the company's presence at overseas trade shows (e.g., Cosmoprof Paris) Plan and execute effective pre-show, on-site, and post-show strategies to maximise ROI Network with potential clients and partners at trade shows to generate new leads Coordinate all logistics related to trade show participation, including booth setup, product displays, and team travel arrangements Order Management and Operations: Oversee the export sales order process, ensuring smooth execution from receipt to fulfilment Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment Work with the head of accounts to manage invoicing, payments, and financial aspects of orders Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements Logistics and Compliance Management: Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to optimise international logistics Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations that may impact the business Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with both local and international requirements Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with various internal teams including accounts, legal, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and support for international growth initiatives You will report directly into the CEO and have direct impact on the success of the Export Sales Channel and P&L Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field 7 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, skincare, personal care, or wider consumer goods industries Proven track record of successfully growing sales and acquiring new business in international markets Experience in organising and managing participation in international trade shows Extensive knowledge of global trade practices, regulations, and distribution channels Strong existing network of contacts in relevant international markets and industries Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Willingness to travel internationally Strong understanding of international logistics and trade compliance Nice-to-Have MBA or other relevant advanced degree Experience working with natural or sustainable products In-depth knowledge of the men's grooming and personal care market Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and sales analytics tools Experience in collaborating with freight and logistic providers for international distribution Certifications in international trade or logistics Experience with international trade finance instruments What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday Flexible working arrangements (3 days remote, 2 days in office) Pension benefits Professional development budget and opportunities Chance to significantly impact the global growth strategy of a dynamic, growing company At Aimtru brands, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
