The Clinical Support Worker - higher level is a member of the care team who will support Registered Practitioner in the delivery of routine patient care.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake a broad range of care activities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
Gardner Ward is a busy 28 bedded ward specialising in elective bowel, breast and day surgery. We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant, hospital experience is desirable but not essential.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a Trust induction course, which will include all the trust statutory/mandatory training to join our team. You will need to be motivated and committed to high standards of patient care.
We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship and clinical supervision on the ward and are committed to professional development of all staff. Team working is an integral part of the ward with all staff enabled and empowered to make real difference for their patients
