Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Reports to: Team Leader Role Location: Bristol Working Pattern: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:00. One week every four weeks, 09:30 - 18:00. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, ensuring service levels are met. This includes providing information, booking appointments, resolving queries, and offering general assistance. Review tasks to ensure all necessary checks and validations are completed before deadlines. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries. Complete and submit necessary documentation and requests as required. Ensure all email correspondence is actioned and suitable responses are issued. Liaise with team members and managers to communicate any changes or updates. Proactively work with the team to achieve targets. Ensure notes and records are accurate, concise, and up to date. Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required. Key Deliverables/Performance Indicators: All tasks managed and validated to meet requirements. Achieve utilisation and productivity targets. Process work in line with guidelines. Meet team KPIs. Answer calls promptly. Maintain a low call abandonment rate. Acknowledge and respond to emails on the same day. Submit necessary checks and documentation promptly. Ensure systems and portals are updated by the end of the shift. Other Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety: Ensure safe systems of work are implemented. Monitor premises and work equipment, reporting faults and hazards where necessary. Identify and report any health and safety-related risks or issues. Participate in applicable risk assessments and mitigation efforts. Act as a role model with regard to health and safety matters. Confidential Information and Data Security: Handle and store confidential and sensitive information securely. Ensure data security in line with policies.
