ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Supply Teacher to join our client schools, providing high-quality teaching to KS4 and KS5 students. Our client schools in Shirley and the surrounding areas are known for their supportive and nurturing environments, committed to promoting the academic and personal growth of their students, offering excellent resources and professional development opportunities for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Health and Social Care to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, following the UK curriculum.
* Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
* Full-time, long-term supply contract with the possibility of extension.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and support students' development.
Requirements:
The successful Health and Social Care Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Specialisation in Health and Social Care or relevant subject experience.
* Passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship).
All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
