Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: LE11, Loughborough
Salary: Up to £25k
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mon – Thurs 8:30-5.00 Fri 8:30-4:30
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support for various administrative tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
1. Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team.
2. Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment.
3. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
4. Office Administrator are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
5. Utilize SAGE 200 for financial data entry and reporting (if applicable).
6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications of an Office Administrator:
7. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
9. Familiarity with SAGE 200 software is highly advantageous
10. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
11. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
12. Office Administrator should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
13. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
