Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Residential & Commercial Property team and support colleagues across other offices. Handle a caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgaging, and land transactions. Supervise and support junior solicitors and assistants within the department. Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues. Work closely with the management team on department needs, including staffing, training, IT, finances, and business development. Ensure compliance with CQS, Lexcel, lender panel, and Land Registry requirements. Lead and support marketing and business development initiatives to grow the property practice. Deliver high-quality and timely legal services while fostering a motivated and engaged team.
