Key Responsibilities: Provide strong pedagogical leadership within the Mathematics department, supporting and guiding colleagues in delivering high-quality lessons. Contribute to the development and implementation of a stimulating and challenging Mathematics curriculum across all Key Stages. Lead on departmental initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Monitor and evaluate student progress in Mathematics, providing data-driven insights to inform teaching and intervention strategies. The Ideal Candidate A highly qualified Mathematics teacher with a proven track record of success. A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
