As an Outsourcing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellent client service by preparing management accounts and VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of approximately 20-30 clients, including sole traders, partnerships, charities, and limited companies. You'll work on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, review the work of junior team members, and assist with draft invoices. This role provides an exciting mix of technical accounting tasks and client interactions, making it a fantastic opportunity for career growth.Key Responsibilities: Preparing management accounts and VAT returns for clients. Delivering exceptional client service consistently. Reviewing junior team members' work and assisting with draft invoices. Proactively managing client relationships and addressing their needs. Working efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Level 4 AAT qualified and/or part-qualified in ACCA studies. Experience in preparing VAT returns and management accounts in a practice setting. Proficiency with accounts production packages (e.g., Xero, Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks) and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while managing client relationships effectively. Teamwork skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
