About Brick Social
Brick is a growth-focused agency that helps high-revenue eCommerce brands scale through paid media and conversion-focused content. We’re looking for a direct-response-driven Content Manager who understands performance marketing, can write high-converting content, and systematically optimises based on data.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Scroll-Stopping Copywriting – Craft engaging hooks, direct-response content, and conversion-driven copy for organic and paid social content, prioritising engagement and action.
* Data-Driven Content Strategy – Analyse content performance weekly, identify winning angles, and optimise content systematically for better engagement and conversions.
* Research & Content Ideation – Conduct independent research and propose high-impact content topics weekly based on data, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
* Founder Interviews for Content Extraction – Lead structured weekly interviews with co-founders to extract insights, which you’ll refine into high-performing content.
* Design Collaboration – Work closely with designers to create visually compelling content that enhances conversion and engagement.
* Content Execution & Ownership – Write all content yourself (social posts, short-form videos, newsletter content) with minimal oversight.
* Newsletter Ownership – Research and write the weekly newsletter based on performance wins, industry insights, and emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Experience in Personal Brand Growth – You have built or helped grow a personal brand on LinkedIn/Twitter/TikTok & YouTube with compelling, high-impact content.
* A Strong, Fast Copywriter – You can write at high volumes, quickly and effectively, without losing quality or impact.
* A Performance Marketer’s Mindset – You understand that content isn't just about storytelling—it's about driving engagement, audience growth, and business impact.
* Data-Obsessed & Analytical – You don’t just write and publish—you measure, optimise, and iterate based on what’s performing and what’s not.
* A Self-Starter with Initiative – You can independently research, propose ideas, and own the content strategy and execution.
* Strong Design Eye – While you won’t be designing, you should have an excellent sense of what looks good and converts, collaborating with designers to create scroll-stopping assets.
* Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment – You thrive in a high-speed, high-output environment and can handle the demands of creating and iterating content quickly.
Bonus Points
* Experience managing high-volume content calendars across multiple platforms.
* Background in LinkedIn/Twitter/TikTok/YouTube content strategy for founders, executives, or agencies.
* Previous work in a fast-moving agency or startup environment where adaptability and speed were crucial.
