Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and coordinate individual event elements. Oversee external operations teams and venue management. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring each show runs under budget. Collaborate closely with features, sponsorship, sales, and marketing teams for successful execution of events. Develop and implement signage schedules, ensuring sponsor satisfaction onsite. Manage furniture and feature requirements across events. Maintain budget planners, logging invoices accordingly. Innovate and brainstorm designs for feature areas, ensuring they meet budget requirements. Conduct extensive research and sourcing for event features. Oversee event schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure that sponsorship deadlines are adhered to and features are updated as necessary. Liaise with venue management to ensure timely catering area delivery. Health & Safety Responsibilities Brief exhibition teams on best practices and relevant information. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies onsite. Produce health and safety summaries post-event, including actionable recommendations. Conduct accident investigations when necessary and ensure awareness of emergency procedures. Develop risk assessments and method statements for shows. Promote a positive health and safety culture among suppliers and venue staff. What We’re Looking For Extensive operations experience in organizing large-scale events, including exhibitions and conferences. Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong understanding of stand build regulations and venue policies. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with health and safety standards applicable to trade exhibition venues. Ability to manage supplier relationships to enhance service delivery. Knowledge of freight forwarding and online exhibitor manual software. Experience in managing floor plans and optimization. Strong organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
