As a Senior EICA Engineer for Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) you will be working in a creative and challenging environment, delivering a wide range of projects across our United Utilities framework. Responsible for the delivery of efficient and sustainable solutions, you will work within a multi-disciplinary project team in the delivery of water and wastewater treatment solutions from inception through to completion of construction.
Our flexible working environment will allow you to work from home, office and on site to suit your needs and the needs of your projects, and we will provide you with the support you require to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic Design-and-Construct environment.
Your work as a Senior EICA Engineer will include the following activities:
- Leading the interfaces and integration of the electrical & ICA design with that of other disciplines.
- Writing technical specifications, control philosophies, schedules, reports and risk assessments
- Produce Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, Network Infrastructure Diagrams
- Provide engineering input to collaborative design outputs, such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models and Pipeline & Instrumentation Diagrams.
- Inputting into collaborative design discussions including technical workshops, HAZOPs and ALMs.
- Liaison with Distribution Network Operators
- Attendance at Factory Acceptance Tests
- Providing quality assurance of others work by undertaking check/review functions.
- Supporting the development of the electrical engineering team, coaching and mentoring junior engineers to develop their skill set and identifying the correct resource for the projects.

What you can offer:
- Degree qualified Electrical Design Engineer (preferably Chartered or Incorporated with the IET).
- 5+ years wastewater non-infrastructure and infrastructure design experience.
- Experience of successfully delivering high quality outputs in accordance with design, quality and safety standards.
