Kesseler kitchens of Witham provides stunning designs and exemplar service to our clients, delivering amazing, British-made furniture to both domestic and trade customers across Essex and beyond. We service our clients by taking exacting design briefs and producing outstanding designs to meet the briefs, considering client wishes and installation requirements to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey. We are looking for a self-motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team of industry professionals.
About the Role
Daily activities in the design studios will include consulting clients on their projects, calling new leads to invite them in to demonstrate the outstanding kitchens and features, liaising with live sites where installs are being completed, and providing clients with very high levels of service. The sales process is managed within a CRM system that assists with the quantity of clients in the pipeline from enquiry to closed sale, with high levels of autonomy in your role to achieve business results.

You will report directly to the business owners who work in the design studios with you and the wider team. The business is growth-focused, very tight-knit, and works closely together for the success of the business to delight our clients and provide excellent service.

Work schedule:
* 5 days per week.
* Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
* Every alternative Saturday 10:00 to 17:00.
* Overtime when required.
* Closed on all bank holidays.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Several years’ experience in designing and selling kitchens.
* Proven sales track record.
* CAD design skills on a kitchen platform; Compusoft Winner experience advantageous.
* Experience in maintaining and operating a CRM system.

* Have a Full UK Drivers License and access to your own vehicle, as you will be required to travel locally.
* Project management, installation, and/or production experience is not essential but will be very advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
Experience:
* Kitchen experience: 2 years (preferred).
