We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor. The successful candidate will be joining a team of exceptional lawyers that work on a wide-ranging caseload of litigation and contentious matters and in conjunction with other departments within the firm to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Overview
This exciting opportunity offers exposure to a fast-paced, interesting and varied caseload of quality dispute resolution matters, working on behalf of both individuals and business clients.
You will advise both commercial and private clients on a wide range of general litigation matters including landlord and tenant litigation (residential and commercial), shareholder and partnership disputes, cases based on breach of contract and tort, construction, insolvency, professional negligence claims, neighbour and boundary disputes, harassment and injunctions, debt recovery, and contentious probate.
You will be actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities, developing and maintaining networks for securing new clients for yourself and the team, whilst also having the freedom to seek out new opportunities and new areas of work.
Person Specification
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE, you will have prior experience of handling dispute resolution work, and will possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills backed by excellent technical knowledge. You will also have a strong academic record and a proven track record of success in this area.
