We’re now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team. This is an entry level role, perfect for a recent graduate. You’ll get experience across a broad range of specialisms, from data analytics to social media, while helping to source information and images for our client services and studio teams.
This is a new role, offered as a 3-month fixed term contract, but there’s definite potential to turn it into a full-time position once we've seen the value you can add.

* Salary: £20,500 to £23,000 depending on experience (pro-rata)

We’re looking for a confident, organised person to help us manage client campaigns and produce top quality content.
You’ll need to be a people-person because you’ll be working with internal teams and external stakeholders to source images and information.
It’s important that you’re digitally savvy and an avid social media user – experience of editing videos and producing social assets is also beneficial but not essential.
This is an entry level role, so you don’t need on-the-job experience, but we’ll be looking for evidence of transferrable skills from a degree, placement, part-time job or extracurricular activities.
What you'll need:
* A degree, ideally in a relevant subject like marketing, social media or business studies
* A positive attitude and a real hunger for learning.
* A high level of digital competency
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the client services team with admin and marketing duties
* Scheduling social media posts and producing paid social campaigns to drive traffic to the website
* Sourcing images and information for client and editorial campaigns
* Contributing to campaign brainstorms and sharing insights
* Attending events and shoots to make sure they go off without a hitch
* Assisting in creating content for our social channels
* Clearly communicating with people by email, phone and in person
* Building client and editorial campaigns in Wordpress
* Analysing campaign performance and identifying improvements
* Helping to maintain and update our CRM and campaign reports
* Developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and competitors
