We are looking for a Private Client Administrator to support our clients' Private Administration Team in delivering high-quality service to private clients and internal teams. This role involves a range of administrative and client-focused tasks in a professional, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with onboarding new client accounts and manage a small book of existing clients.
* Support periodic client reviews and due diligence processes, including verification checks and record updates.
* Maintain and update client data across internal and external systems.
* Handle client queries and coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure service standards are met.
* Prepare audit statements and assist with reporting and data-cleaning projects.
* Manage team inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
* Support ad-hoc processes such as account closures and asset transfers.
* Complete daily tasks, including control reports and data feeds.
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of client servicing.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident in dealing directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Proficient in numerical, analytical, and computer skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
