We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our AZOTE product initiatives across Europe. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic programs, foster key relationships, and drive market expansion to ensure the continued growth?of our innovative products. About the Role: AsaBusiness DevelopmentManager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance marketpresenceand sales across Europe. You will develop andimplementbusiness strategies, conduct marketanalysis,and oversee the performance of regional business development. Your leadership will becentralin cultivating long-term relationships with strategic partners and customers, ensuring that AZOTE products continue to thrive inacompetitive market. Role Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing Oversight You willmonitorand report on sales performance across regions, implementing adjustments to meet targets. Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and implement strategies for different regions. Look to maximise revenue opportunities with existing and new clients through effective account management. Operational and Team Leadership Provideguidance to help navigateanddirectioninclosing deals, including strategic partnerships and high-value contracts. Utilise market intelligence to informdecision making,including analysisof market trends and competitor activities. Develop tailored customer solutions and innovative product applications to meet diverse market needs. Communications and Representation Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as a key spokesperson for thebusiness. Ensure external communication of the companys market strategies and achievements. Foster a collaborative environment within the company and across the industry tofacilitateknowledge exchange and business growth. Performance and Improvement Monitor andenhancethe effectiveness of business development activities, ensuring measurement and reporting systems are in place. To focus oncontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Experience and desirable skills: Degree level, technically educated or equivalent business experience. Knowledge of application engineering andappropriatetechnicalknowledge. An understanding of B2B Sales Channeland product segmentation/positioning. Experience in a relevant sales field, desirably commercial experience with some time spent in other functions within a business. Will have workedin a sales/marketing team in a matrix-type organisationwithtravel within a defined territory/region. Englishfluency:otherEuropean languageswould be desirable. Organised and customer-focused with the ability to deliver toevolvingtargets. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and influence senior personnel, customers, anddistributors.
