Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), looking to make a meaningful impact in aged care education? MannaCare is seeking an Education and Learning Coordinator to lead training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous professional development across our Residential and Community Services.
About the Role
As the Education and Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS requirements, and MannaCare’s policies. You will support staff development, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and enhance learning experiences through digital platforms such as ALLIS (Aged Care Learning and Information System).
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and coordinate training programs for all staff, ensuring compliance with aged care industry standards.
2. Deliver competency assessments, workshops, and induction training to new and existing employees.
3. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, including clinical skills, manual handling, infection control, dementia care, and person-centred care.
4. Maintain accurate training records and support accreditation audits.
5. Act as the point of contact for ALLIS, providing user support and technical guidance.
6. Collaborate with clinical leaders and external providers to identify training needs and implement learning initiatives.
7. Promote a learning culture that supports staff career growth and professional development.

Key Selection Criteria
1. Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
2. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
3. Experience in aged care education and training, preferably in both residential and community settings.
4. Minimum 2 years' experience as a trainer in an educational institute.
5. Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, and compliance requirements.
6. Proficiency in ALLIS or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver adult learning programs.
8. High-level communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse staff teams.
9. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
10. Experience in competency-based assessment and skill development programs.
11. Familiarity with MannaCare’s internal processes and values.
12. Proven success in leading innovative education programs.
